The molecules of the things around us becomes portion of us, moves through us, nourishes us, touches and changes us. Because of this exchange, it behooves us to look at care of our own environment, and people around us. We are connected through the air we share.
And biggest ' breath is life. If we're breathing, so we know it, we're alive! Breathing can be a full mind-body-spirit experience.
